MODERNE BABY BLANKET
Introducing our new range of more advanced knitting patterns for those of you who want a bit more of a challenge. These patterns are a knitting step beyond the kits for those of you who want to try some more challenging knits!
We know how much you love our baby kits so we wanted to give you something a little bit next level. This pattern is a beauty, it looks much harder than it really is!
This beautiful blanket looks stunning - choose your colours carefully and you'll have a blanket ALL the babies (and grown ups) will be asking for! If you want to make it bigger you just need to keep knitting the squares (it is made in squares and sewn together so you can basically make it as big as you like!).

MORE ABOUT PAT EVANS - OUR DESIGNER!
I live on the West Sussex coast near to my 3 beautiful grandchildren. I had to retire early due to having Fibromyalgia so having knitted since I was a small child my hobby has become a job that I absolutely love.
Garter stitch is my favourite stitch and features in many of my designs for babies, children, adults and the home too. I love the way it makes modern yet timeless garments with just a basic knit stitch. My designs are easy to knit on 2 straight needles and simple in construction. My baby patterns also include prem sized designs for cardis and hats so that these tiny ones can have something modern too.
I only use Merino wool and sometimes merino with a little bit of cashmere added to it. These yarns just knit up beautifully to make a knit that can be treasured as well as being soft and cosy, gentle on the skin and eco friendly as well.
I have always loved to play with colour in all it’s hues from neutrals to dusky, brighter and deep shades too for all ages and for the home too.
(I have loads of designs - all of which can be found on Lovecrafts or Etsy).
