OUR ORDER PROCESS

When making an order through the Website, the technical steps the Buyer needs to take to complete the order process are described below:

  1. Add item to your shopping cart; continue to add items until you have added all items you wish to purchase to your cart.
  2. Click “Cart” and “Check Out”.
  3. Enter your Contact Information, Name, and Shipping address into the form. Click “Save this information for next time” if you would like to create an account.
  4. Enter a Discount code, if you have one.
  5. Click “Continue to shipping method”.
  6. Confirm the shipping method, if you have a choice, and check your contact and shipping information is correct.
  7. Click “Continue to payment method”.
  8. Enter your payment information according to your preferred payment provider.
  9. For Billing address, click “Same as shipping address” or “Use a different billing address” if appropriate and enter that information accordingly.
  10. Check your order.
  11. Click “Complete order”.
  12. You may read key points from our “Refund Policy”, “Privacy Policy” and “Terms of Service” at any time during the Check Out process.
